Responsibilities

Source and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets.

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure sales and achieve profitability.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Continuously update CRM software with client interactions and sales progress.

Sourcing for items and services that meet the criteria set forth by the client.

Documenting vendors and quotes into our CRM software.

Negotiating with vendors to meet contract objectives such as quality, quantity, delivery, and cost.

Building a strong professional relationship with vendors.

Putting together quotes to be submitted to the procurement team.

Conducting market research.

Identifying business opportunities.

Generating sales leads.

Producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
